Restore the iconic look of your Suzuki RMX 250 with this 1990 Full Floater–style replica graphics kit, inspired by Suzuki’s classic early-90s trail and enduro design.
This kit has been professionally reproduced to match the bold yellow, blue, and white Full Floater colourway seen on 1990-era RM / RMX models. It’s ideal for restorations, tidy-up projects, or riders wanting a clean, period-correct appearance while retaining modern durability.
Designed specifically to suit RMX trail plastics, this kit offers generous coverage across the tank, side panels, and swingarm, delivering an authentic vintage look without compromising on quality.
Printed on high-quality vinyl and finished with a protective laminate, these graphics are built to withstand trail riding, weather exposure, and regular cleaning.
Please note: this is a replica graphics kit, produced to honour the original Suzuki Full
There are many ways to install graphics-we can send you instructions-just reach out and ask-we are happy to talk you through the process step by step.
As a general guide there are two parts-Preparation and Application.
Before installing your 360 graphics, it’s essential to properly prepare the surface:
Warm the Old Graphics: Use a hair dryer or heat gun to gently warm the old graphics for easier removal.
Clean the Surface: Thoroughly clean the area with a degreasing agent to eliminate any glue residue, oils, or dirt.
Warm the Plastics: Ensure your dirt bike plastics are warm before applying the new graphics. We recommend storing them in a room with a temperature above 15°C (60°F) for several hours.
Take your time and be patient! This will reduce the number of F-Bombs you need to drop.
Position the Graphics: Place the new graphics over the plastic (e.g., number plate) and secure the decal in place with adhesive tape.
Peel and Align: Carefully peel the backing paper away from the middle, cutting it off. Re-check your alignment before sticking it down.
Apply the Graphics: Touch one side of the graphic with your finger to adhere it. Work in small sections, using your thumb or a squeegee to apply pressure and avoid wrinkles or bubbles.
All of our graphics are made using Substance Ultracurve X1, the highest quality vinyl available and used by professionals across the world. New Zealand has the harshest UV Rays in the world and our graphics will hold up against that for at least five years and against water blasting after a filthy day out-cos everyone knows they are the best!
We’ve got you covered. Our size guides are here for reference, and trust us, our gear has been extensively tested across all body types. Nothing’s worse than buying mass-produced gear that’s all over the place in sizing—or worse, a design that only works if you’re rocking an Adonis physique (for the fellas) or a Victoria’s Secret body (for the ladies). Let’s face it—we’re real people, and we wanted our gear to look and feel good on everyone, no matter the shape or size.
If you are between sizes, or prefer a more relaxed fit we suggest sizing up.
No worries! Send us a message with the year and model of your bike and the graphics you are looking for. If you have a picture for reference even better. If we can’t find it we will create it for a small design fee additional to the product. You will get to review and proof your design before we go to print and make any changes or tweaks you desire. Hit us up via our Contact Us Page-provide us an overview of what you are looking for as well as any pics you want to upload for inspo!
Nobody understands the challenge of sourcing authentic, high-quality graphics for your vintage bike restoration or rebuild better than we do. Nothing is more frustrating than receiving disappointing, inferior products – trust us, we’ve been there! That’s why we treat every custom kit with the same care and attention we’d give our own bikes. With an extensive collection of stock graphics and templates, if we don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, don’t worry – we will find it!
